Operations Manager (Customer Service)

For our Client, a dynamically growing operation centre in Cracow we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of Operations Manager (Customer Service).

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, motivating and developing Team Leaders
  • Managing recruitment and succession planning for the teams in line with budget
  • Organizing monthly staff meetings, regular feedback sessions to staff, twice yearly appraisals, improvement brainstorming and reviews strong industrial training induction for new staff, succession planning and career development
  • Ensuring operational excellence, coordinating  innovations and process stabilization for the department
  • Ensuring processes’ efficiency and  time management of the Fund Services department
  • Ensuring adherence to legacy location requests and instructions
  • Liaising with senior legacy location management on an on-going basis and act as their key point of contact
  • Monitoring KPI’s and KRI’s

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in alternative customer service industry with a minimum  3 years on managerial position 
  • Proven experience in managing of multiple teams across different processes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proven track record of work in customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage, motivate and develop multiple team
  • Strong time management and organisational habits
